I have the Personal (Monthly) plan. I was trying to purchase e-stamps in my Leegality Wallet and it asks me to add a stamp series. This is the message I get: "There are no stamp series configured for any state. Please add stamp series for this state from the dashboard and try again".

I went through a lot of the documentation for online stamps on the Leegality knowledgebase but I couldn't find these settings in my Leegality account:

Activate Stamping

Activate self upload (of e-stamps)

There is also no stamps option under My Drawer menu.
