Deleting an active document
Leegality allows a user to delete an active document i.e. Active document(s) are those that have active sign/reviewer invitations from the dashboard.
Deleting an active document (that has pending invitees) will revoke the invitee’s access to their signing/reviewer rights and will make the signer/reviewer URL inaccessible.
Note: Invitations that have already been signed will remain as is on the document and the deletion only affects un-actioned invitations.
Steps for deleting a document
1. On your Leegality homepage - Go to the “Sent” folder under the “My documents” section.
2. Click on the “Actions” drop-down for the concerned document and then click on ‘Delete’ to delete the document from your dashboard and revoke and un-actioned invitations for the document.
Once the invitation is revoked an email is triggered to the invitees shown below:
Email sent to the signers
Multiple documents can be deleted from the sent folder by clicking on the select all and Delete Icon.
