Document Signer Certificate
Organizational Document Signer Certificate is a Digital Certificate
which is procured in the name of the organization, and is used to indicate
organizational approval of a document. Such a Certificate can be procured from
providers such as SafeScrypt. The Organization will have to install Leegality’s
utility on their server and place the procured Certificate along with it.
Leegality’s application will allow you to set a Signature level ID and Password,
and program the API to automatically digitally sign the document before or
after the a signatory or similar Authenticates it.
