How to check signatures types of invitee configured within documents


Purpose

To verify the signature types (e.g., Aadhaar eSign, DSC, Automated Sign, etc.) configured for each invitee in a document.

Prerequisites

  • Access to Metabase

  • Valid Document ID

Steps

  1. Identify the Document ID

  • Obtain the relevant Document ID for which the signature types need to be checked.



  1. Fetch the Sign Invitation ID

  • Open Metabase.

  • Search using the Document ID.

  • From the document details, navigate to Sign Invitations.



  • Copy the Sign Invitation ID from ID parameter for the invitee whose signature type you want to verify. Please note there can me multiple signer configured the chronicle order is from bottom to top. Bottom one is 1st invitee and top row is last invitee.



  1. Search Signature Type Configuration

  • Open a new/duplicate browser tab.

  • In Metabase, search for Sign Invitation Signature Types.



  • Paste the copied Sign Invitation ID in the search field.

  1. Verify Signature Type

  • Review the result to identify the configured signature type for the invitee.

  • Repeat the above steps for other invitees if required.

Outcome

You will be able to clearly identify the signature type configured for each invitee within the document.
