Purchase History

The option “Purchase History” helps in viewing the record of all purchases made for your Leegality organization. In this tab, purchase history for Esigns credits and Stamps can be viewed respectively.


Steps to reach the Purchase history tab


Click on the “Account” option then go into the “Wallet” tab and then click on the ‘Purchase History’.



Esign Purchase History

The tab “Esign Purchase history” shows all the records of all purchases made for Esign credits with the following data points:

  • Purchase Date

  • Expiry Date

  • Purchase Value - Number of credits purchased

  • Consumed - Credits consumed from the respective purchase

  • Expired - Credits expired from the respective purchase

  • Balance - Balance remaining from the respective purchase


Note: Esign credits are consumed on a FIFO basis.




Stamps Purchase History

The tab “Stamp Purchase history” shows all the records of all purchases made for Stamps with the following data points:


  • State

  • Denomination

  • Series - Every unique state, denomination & legend is represented by a unique series number. 

  • Purchase Amount 

  • Quantity of Purchased stamp - Number of stamps that are added for the particular series

  • Used - Number of stamps that are affixed to the document

  • Expired - Number of stamps for which the use-by date has lapsed.

  • Unused - Number of stamps that are left in the stamp inventory

  • Under Process - Number of stamps that are currently being procured and digitized.


Note: Stamps are consumed on a FIFO basis.
