Virtual Signature Journey
You will need to access your e-mail (and/or phone, depending on the contact details given during the invitation creation stage) to eSign the document.
Email notification
Click on the ‘Sign’ button (for an email) or the signing link (for text message) to initiate the signing journey. This will redirect you to the Leegality eSign Gateway, where the entire document will be visible.
1. While previewing the document you can view other parties to the document by clicking on Invitees button and download the latest version of the document before signing the document.
Enter the OTP that is received on your email or phone number and click on “Proceed”
Select the type of Virtual sign
Draw
Select on “Draw” option and draw the sign using a mouse or finger in the space provided and click on “Proceed”.
The “Full screen” button allows you to increase the area of the signature pad
The “Clear” button allows you to clear any existing impression you have made on the signature pad.
Select
Click on “Select” to choose between various types of computer-generated signatures,, and click on “Proceed”.

Select the “Upload” option to upload the image of the signature from the mobile or PC folders or use the camera to capture the image of the signature that is drawn on white paper and Leegality will extract the signature from the image.
Guidelines for quick approval
Click on “upload/drag & drop” to upload a saved signature image from your PC/Mobile folder.
OR
Click on “Capture” to take an image of the signature that is drawn on white paper
Once the image of the signature is uploaded, the signature can be rotated and cropped as per required to affix the signature on the document.
Note: The image of the signature can be rotated accordingly by 30° only every time.
Once the image is well cropped and rotated as required, click on “Proceed” so that the uploaded signature image can be processed and the signer gets three options to choose the uploaded signature.
Note: If still the uploaded signature is not as required click on “Try fixing it” to repeat the upload/capture signature process.
Once you click on “Proceed”, check on the consent box and click on sign document, the document will be signed.
