Default eSignature Seal

Default eSignature Seal

An ‘eSignature seal’ is a digital replica of the standard physical rubber stamp affixed to signatures to identify authorized signatories and/or directors of a company. Like its physical version, the ‘eSignature seal’ will bracket or ‘wrap-around’ the eSignature

  1. There are three types of default ‘eSignature seals’ that Leegality allows you to generate – ‘Authorised Signatory’, ‘Director’ and ‘Custom
  2. For ‘Authorised Signatory’ and ‘Director’ seals, you will need to enter your organization’s name
  3. For the ‘Custom’ setting, you will need to upload an image file containing the seal. This tool currently only supports .jpg, .jpeg and .png formats
