Auto-Deletion of draft documents

Toggling on this configuration will enable auto-deletion of all documents in the draft folders which have been inactive for the duration configured in this setting.

Note: Leegality has a default 30 days auto purge which will delete all the draft documents that have a creation date of 30 days or more.

Note: If the stamps are affixed to the draft document, once the Auto Purge set range days are passed, the document will be deleted and the stamps will be reversed and can be used for another document digitization.

Note: The number of days can range from 1 to 365 for auto-deleting the draft documents from the draft folder.

Steps to activate Auto Purge feature

Step 1: Click on the “Account” option then go into the ‘Department’ tab and then click on the ‘Document configurations’

Step 2: Toggle on “Auto deletion of draft folder documents” to activate “Auto purge” for the account.

Note: The draft documents in the draft folder that have creation days more than the set range of auto purge days will be deleted once Auto purge is enabled.
