Mask Contact Details

Mask Contact Details

Mask Contact Details is a feature designed to protect the contact details of invitees (signers and reviewers). When enabled, this feature ensures that an invitee cannot view the contact details (name, phone number, and email address) of any invitee during and after the signing journey. This option helps maintain privacy and security by preventing the exposure of contact details to unauthorized parties.

How to Enable Mask Contact Details

  1. Go to Home > Accounts Tab.

  2. Select Department from the left panel and open the Invitee Configurations tab.

  3. Then Enable masking of contact details in the invitee journey for the organisation.

  4. Click Update.

You can only see the Contact Details Masking option if it is enabled for your organisation.
